Onboarding New Vendors on Liquid
- The first step is creating a new onboarding process. Select the Onboarding tab from the left menu options.
- You can set up your own templates or just collect W-9s, but we suggest beginning with Liquid’s Quick Start guide. The Quick Start guide includes three recommended forms: consulting agreement, confidential information and invention assignment agreement, and W-9. If there is something else that you’d like to include in your onboarding process, such as a new document or a questionnaire, you can add a step from the top dropdown list.
- Each of the steps in your onboarding process can be rearranged, edited, or deleted to customize as little or as much as you’d like.
- Once you’ve finished setting up your personalized onboarding process, the next step is inviting you liquid workforce. All you have to do is select the vendors tab from the left menu options, click the “add vendor” button, add your vendor’s name and email, and select the onboarding process that you just created. Once executed, all of the signed documents will be stored in Liquid for easy access.
